Margaux estate Château d’Arsac hosted a unique and usual event the “ 8th Winemaker’s Collection” where the guest was South Africa’s first cellarmaster: Ntsiki Biyela.

In 2013  Nitsiki Biyela , the first female Zulu winemaker in South Africa, was invited to take part.

chateauarsacThe Winemaker’s Collection was created in 2005 by owner Philippe Raoul and is designed to share the château’s broad range of terroirs and showcase the talents of wine designer’s. Every year, an internationally renowned wine maker is invited to the estate , selects a plot of vines , manages it up to the harvest, makes the resultant wines and ages them to produce his or her own blend.

Before Nitsiki, she follows on from Argentina winemaker Susana Balbo and Zelma Long the Mondavi Winery winemaker.

Head of wine making since 2004 at Stellakaya winery, near CapTown , Nitsiki blends wines drawing inspiration from French expertise in producing great growths. Winner of the 2009 “Female Wine Maker Trophy”, this wine “artist” made a name for herself by creating the first vintage wine at Stellakaya winery whilst at the same time energetically  promoting South Africa Wines.

World Bank, South Africa 2007.

obviously like your web site however you need to test
the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and
I in finding it very bothersome to inform the truth on the other hand I will
    surely come back again.
